"Everybody starts their reviews by saying “I can’t tell you how great this is”. Well I can sincerely tell you that Rory Steppling State Farm insurance is fabulous! We deal with either Rory or James (Jimmy) and they are so very efficient and knowledgeable. We had a very interesting situation occur a couple of years ago; our insurance agent over in Naples Florida was arrested for embezzlement and fraud.
